Supplementary Agreement to the Depository Agreement

The procedure of subscription to DCC S.W.I.F.T.:

To use the S.W.I.F.T. system for delivery of instructions and receipt of reports on transactions and securities on the DEPO account in DCC, the following conditions should be met:

• Conclusion of the Depository Agreement with DCC;
• S.W.I.F.T affiliation.

1. The Client shall read the information required for work in S.W.I.F.T., the Supplementary Agreement to the Depository Agreement, Manual on the use of S.W.I.F.T. messages applied by DCC in electronic document flow;
