Execution of Instructions for Withdrawal of Securities via the EDI Established between ZAO DCC and OAO United Registerholding Company 

Notice is hereby given of the procedure for using the Electronic Data Interchange established by DCC with OAO United Registerholding Company (hereinafter the "Registrar") to reduce the time of document interchange when executing Participants' instructions for withdrawal of securities.

Participants' instructions for withdrawal of securities are performed via the EDI in accordance with the following procedure:

• The deadline for submitting instructions to DCC for respective transfer orders to be sent to the Registrar is 15:00 Moscow time;
• The operation is executed in the share register no later than the second business day after the date of receipt of the transfer order by the Registrar.

On the next business day after execution of the operation in the share register, the Registrar provides DCC with a paper form notification on the executed operation signed by an authorized person and affixed with the seal of the Registrar.

The additional fee for operations in the share register charged by the Registrar is RUB300 (without VAT).

A Participant may choose prompt execution of the operation in the share register by indicating a T1 attribute (note that T is Latin) in the additional information field of the withdrawal instruction and submitting it to DCC no later than 15:00 Moscow time. In this case the procedure is as follows:

• OAO United Registerholding Company considers and executes the transfer order submitted by DCC in electronic form based on the Participant's instruction on the same-day basis;
• The additional fee for services of OAO United Registerholding Company is charged for making the entry in the share register.
