Meeting of DCC Board of Directors Has Taken Place 

On February 25, 2010, DCC Board of Directors met to consider the preliminary report on DCC's activities for 2009 and the results of the discussions on operational, technological and technical development of the Company in 2010 held at the meeting of the Committee of Major Participants earlier in the day.

Besides, the Board of Directors discussed and took into account the Internal Controller's Report for Q4 2009.
